Nice, really strange style though.
Are you using some mix of 3D program in there? Doing a Poser paint-over or something?
I like the hair particularly.

Strictly 2D work, using Corel Photo-Paint.
Drawn with a mouse, freehand. (I must be mad...) I used the paint and airbrush tools and a few filters to get the various textures.
Not to blow my own trumpet, but I feel I must point out that the only source material I checked out was for the SD badge, only to find I'd got the colours wrong.
