this is an old one stuff,
it did not appeal to, I have tried to me to improve it.
but there is always some thing that does not go,
it is not realistic.
According to you I mistake some thing in designing the shadows?

shading seems ok to me,
not sure about the position of the left breast, and this is a very very hard thing to accomplish, as the human eye has truble seeing the inside countours of things (for example the inside of a mask) I saw a video recently of a mask spinning around slowly, and it fried my brain.

.
in fact it is just the left breast that seems to go towards the outside and not towards the inside.

still, like all your work,
it's very clever.

Shading
I think the right side and perhaps the top of the left breast needs shading, which should help to push it back.
Interesting work :)
