Where to host your images:

Webspace provided by your ISP is usually a great start otherwise MSN groups seems to be pretty stable
(the only annoying thing with it is the uber-long file names it generates).
Possible hosts: MSN Groups,Tripod UK,

To post an image:

1.You need to type: <img src=" the link to your image " >
2.So if your image URL is: http://www.mydomain.com/myimage.jpg
3.The text to insert into your post would be:

<img src="http://www.mydomain.com/myimage.jpg">

To post a link: ( image, web page etc ):

1. You need to type: <a href=" the link to your page or file ">My link</a>
2. So if the site/image you want to link to is: http://www.mywebsite.com/home.htm
3. The text to insert into your post would be:

<a href="http://www.mywebsite.com/home.htm">Please click here to visit my site</a>

You can use the following HTML codes in the message part of your posts...

Rules:

Post images with maximum width 1024 and maximum height of well anything really
Post images with a size of less than 500k
Any post deemed inappropriate WILL be altered or deleted by a moderator. If the behaviour continues, removal of membership should be expected
Only post pictures you’ve made yourself.If you find something that you would like to share with other board members only post it as a link
Do REPLY to posts - nice to get feedback isnt it ! Only takes a minute :)
Do give advice / help - some members are still learning - indeed we all are *puts L plates on*
Do NOT post pornographic images. Try to keep the board “safe for work"
Do NOT be abusive to other people
Do NOT repost images
Do NOT link to pictures you aren’t hosting yourself, this is known as leeching and will not be tolerated
Do NOT spam the board. Make only relevant posts and refrain from advertising or annoying others in any way
